30 of the rooms are hosted in 10 Creole-style bungalows with a prominent red roof. Each room has its own veranda and a small garden, creating a unique atmosphere. 20 of the rooms are interconnecting.

Their aim is to offer the guests a mixture of true island style and modern comfort, creating the perfect blend for a relaxed, original and utterly "Rodriguan" holiday! The staff are very friendly and eager to take personal care of their guests. During dinner, there is soft music playing in the background, and twice a week guests can enjoy a typical Rodriguan Sega show with an interesting combination of African and European elements.

Mourouk Ebony is ideal for guests who want to enjoy a secluded time with their family or an intimate romantic honeymoon, as the villas are located just steps from the beach and provide a tranquil environment.

Serving predominantly organic ingredients such as vegetables from the garden, combined with seafood freshly caught in the lagoon, the cuisine nonetheless meets international standards. Guests may dine on the terrace overlooking the ocean or on the beach itself. The chef is very actively involved in the wellbeing of the guests and is always happy to share his recipes.
